Skincare and product details.

All Dyut skincare products last up to 36 months unopened from the date of manufacture. The international icon of the open jar is also present on all packages. This icon indicates the shelf life of the product once opened. Our products are suitable for use for up to 12 months once opened.

Dyut skincare products are scientifically formulated with 100% vegan ingredients, designed to treat and protect a range of skin types and conditions. The entire range does not contain animal by-products or derivatives. We use only pure, potent plant oils and extracts to promote healthy, glowing skin.

Dyut has a very strict cruelty free policy. No products or ingredients are tested on animals. We do not test on animals (except on consenting humans, of course!) and have adhered to cruelty-free practices since we first launched. Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free of animal testing and we only work with suppliers who do not test on animals.

All Dyut products comply with EU standards and are free from silicones, parabens, PEG, microplastics, mineral oils, formaldehyde, artificial colors, dry alcohol.

Dyut Skincare does not use synthetic fragrances in its products. Our perfumes are 100% of natural origin and comply with the strict standards of the European Union.

We are a company based and operated in the Netherlands. Our products are developed and produced in Greece.

While we are committed to creating safe and effective skin care products, allergic reactions are individual reactions and can occur with any cosmetic or skin care product. Our products may contain natural nut oils and butters. All product ingredients are well documented and can be checked before purchasing. If you are aware of any allergies, consult the ingredient lists in the product descriptions, talk to your doctor and always test on a small section of skin, perhaps on a hand or otherwise using a minimal amount of product.

We're happy to say that it's absolutely possible. In fact, our founder and she has sensitive skin recommends them all!

Orders and Payment Details

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through the website. It is also possible to pay with PayPal and Afterpay.

Dyut skincare products are sold exclusively on our online platform. However, if anything changes, we will inform all our customers.

If you want to change something in your order, please send an email to admin@dyut.eu with your order details and request information. If we do this as quickly as possible, we will have a better chance of correcting the order before it is shipped.
However, if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot help you. For more information, you can consult the returns or refunds section of the FAQ.

When you try to purchase it, you will be notified* when stocks are running out and, if you sign up to the email list, we will let you know when it will be back in stock!

If you log in to your account to make a purchase, your order status and shipping number will be tracked in your account profile. Simply log in and select View Order History. We'll also send you an email to let you know when your order has been shipped and is on its way.

Shipping and Refunds

Surely! Dyut skincare products are a perfect gift! Make sure you enter the correct shipping information for the person you are sending the gift to during the checkout process.

At this time we offer shipping to all European Union countries.

Unfortunately we cannot accept split shipments. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you can do so by creating separate orders, each with its own delivery address.
